Aesthetic Surgery Journal is an award-winning, peer-reviewed, international journal that focuses on scientific developments and clinical techniques in aesthetic surgery. As the official publication of The Aesthetic Society, it is also the official English-language journal of numerous major international societies of plastic, aesthetic, and reconstructive surgery representing South America, Central America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

In addition, Aesthetic Surgery Journal is the official journal of the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, the Canadian Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, and The Rhinoplasty Society. With a current Impact Factor of 3.1*, it has secured a prominent position in the scientific community, ranking 50th out of 213 journals in the overall surgery category in the 2023 Journal Citation Reports from Clarivate.
