Course Overview

This esteemed course encompasses the full spectrum of OB/GYN, including:

• Management of adnexal masses and Essure removal
• Hysterectomies, sexual health, and pelvic pain
• Integrating minimally invasive surgical approaches into pregnancy care

Learning Objectives

Upon completing this activity, participants will be able to:

• Describe evidence-based modalities for surgical approaches to endometriosis, submucosal myomas, and oophorectomy during vaginal hysterectomy
• Assess health disparities in maternal health and identify innovative approaches to chronic pelvic pain
• Determine strategies to reduce risks of surgical complications and learn to safely manage surgical complications when they occur
• Identify key pelvic anatomy and techniques to decrease risk of complication during gynecologic surgery
• Describe options for fertility preservation and management of diminished ovarian reserve
